Published Reports

Pre-built, university-wide reports containing enterprise data are published in two locations: the MyU Reporting Center, which is available to UMN employees to support operational and analytical needs, and the Institutional Data and Research website, which publishes official statistical reports and dashboards to the general public.

Reporting Center

The MyU Reporting Center is a catalog of pre-built university-wide reports available to UMN faculty and staff that support operational and analytical needs utilizing enterprise data. The reports are organized by enterprise data pillar:

Finance
Human Resources
Physical Asset Management (UServices)
Research (RIO)
Student

In addition, the MyU Reporting Center is a gateway to reporting tools such as UM Analytics and the Research Reporting center.

Access to the MyU Reporting Center is granted to UMN faculty and staff based on job code; individual access to reports themselves may be restricted based on the data security classification of the data used in the report. Access to reports that utilize private-restricted data may be granted based on business need; UMN faculty and staff can request access to private-restricted reports my completing the MyU Reporting Center Access Request Form.
